I.    Login Help:

Every Church family unit will be issued a Login account with a unique User Name and Password.

If you have never logged into the Online directory before and do not know what your user name and password are there are 2 ways to get this information:

1.)  If you provided the church with a home email address, then click on the link labeled “Forgot your username or password? Click here.  You will be redirected to the” Recover Member Login” page which will prompt you for your email address.  If you want to receive both user name and password, enter your email address in the field “Forgot Your Password?”    Press the “Send New Password” button.  The system will verify your email address in the online directory and will send an email to you with your user name and a new password (for security purposes a new password will be created by the system every time you request a password to be sent to you.  You may change the password in the Edit Profile screen.

2.)  If you have not provided the church with a home email address, or the email address that you provided in the “Request Password” screen was unable to be verified,  you’ll need to contact your church office.  Once they have confirmed your identity, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to the Online Member directory

If you have accessed the online directory before and just forgot your user name and/or password the same two ways exist to get this information:

1.)  If you have a home email address in your member profile, then click the link labeled “Forgot your username or password? Click here”.  If you just need your user name, enter your email address in the field “Forgot your username?” and press the “Send Username” button.  Your username will be sent to you in an email and your password will remain unchanged.  To receive both username and password, enter your email address in the field “Forgot your password?”    Press the “Send New Password” button.  The system will verify your email address in the online directory and will send an email to you with your user name and a new password (for security purposes a new password will be created by the system every time you request a password to be sent to you.  You may change the password in the “Edit Profile” screen.

2.)  If you do not have your home email address in your member profile, or the email address that you provided in the “Request Information” screen was unable to be verified, you’ll need to contact your church office. Once they have confirmed your identity, they’ll assist you in gaining access to the Online Member directory.

        Your Email Address

III.             Edit Profile Help:            (Return to Top)

This screen can only be accessed by your family login or the church site administrator.  This is your family profile for the Online Directory ONLY.  Changes here will not automatically update any other church records regarding your family.   Your church may  have separate databases for member information which will not be automatically updated with information entered on this screen.  Therefore, you should always make sure to contact your church office with any changes to your family information.

Other Functions on this page:

A    Go to other pages in the online directory.  These are standard links on every page.  These links take you to the Member Pictorial Directory, the Member Roster or the Staff Pictorial Directory.  See “II. Member Directory Help:” for details regarding each specific link.

B    Spouse Name.  If the husband and wife share the same last name you most likely will see both first names in the “First Name” field, separated by “&” (i.e. Tom & Jamie).  However, should one spouse use a different last name, you may remove that spouse’s first name from the “First Name” field and enter the complete first and last name here for that spouse (i.e. Jamie Smith-Olson).

C    Change Login Password.  For security purposes the login passwords are fully encrypted.  Therefore, they cannot be displayed once they are set so the password field will appear to be blank on this screen.  You should only enter information in this field if you would like to change your current password.  The “Password Again” field is to verify that you have entered the password correctly the first time.  NOTE:  Should you contact the church for help with your password, the church administrator will come to this screen and enter a new password for you.

D    Show or Hide directory information.  The default for the directory will be to display the photo and family first and last name.  If you check the box next to “Hide entire profile from view in this directory” your complete profile will be hidden from view in the pictorial directory, as well as, the Member Roster.

E    Edit Profile or Logout.  The Edit Profile link is this current screen.    See “II. Member Directory Help:” for details regarding each specific link.

F*   Submit Changes.  This button MUST be pressed before you exit the Edit profile screen if you want the Online directory to accept and keep your changes.  Note:  This button appears at the top and bottom of the Submit Changes screen.  Clicking either button will direct the system to save your changes.

G    Interested in updating my portrait.  A check in the box indicates that you requested a new portrait session.  If you wish to change this request just clear the check from the box.
